Each of our creations can be shipped world wide from New Zealand to Australia, UK, USA, and many other countries.

Over $99 NZD, our economy shipping with tracking is free. For other currencies that is $100 AUD, $62 USD, £49 GBP, €57 EUR, and so on.

For faster shipping, you can also choose to use international courier or express service.

How fast your order gets to you depends on the shipping method that you choose. Order with higher tiers of shipping are processed with priority. We provide only estimates based on the post service without being able to give guarantees.

New Zealand: Courier 1-6 working days

Australia: Economy 7-14 working days, Australia Select 4-11 working days, Courier 2-6 working days, Express 1-5 working days

USA, UK, and the rest of the world: Economy 6-16 working days, Courier 4-9 working days, Express 2-7 working days

The cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout based on your location. However, no matter how many items you order, it is always a flat fee.

Taxes & Duties: Please note that Turtle Creations doesn't handle foreign taxes and duties for international orders. If there are any, you must pay them upon arrival, as per local customs regulations. Check with your customs office before ordering to ensure no surprises!
